Many villas in Alfaz del Pi were built in the 1990s and 2000s with tiled pools. After years of Alicante sun, chlorine and temperature changes, grout cracks, gresite tiles fail and water starts to disappear. The symptoms are familiar: loose tiles, recurring leaks, algae in the joints and a pool that is increasingly difficult to maintain.

A leaking pool is more than an unpleasant bill. It can make the pool unusable, damage the shell and affect the appeal of a holiday property. A generalist may offer a temporary repair that only postpones the problem. Our approach is different: we renovate the existing pool for the long term, so after we leave you can stop worrying about it for years.
